Welcome to Crack Click. By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Our Services
Crack Click provides services including but not limited to:
Printing Services
Graphic Design
Logo Design
Branding
Website Design
Website Hosting
Signage
Vehicle Branding
Promotional Products
Personalised Gifts
Corporate Branding
3. Quotations
All quotations are:
Free unless otherwise stated.
Valid for 30 days.
Subject to change if project requirements change.
4. Orders
Production begins only after:
Written approval
Final artwork approval
Required payment has been received
Customers are responsible for checking artwork before approving production.
5. Payment
Payment terms may include:
Full payment before production
50% deposit with balance due before collection or delivery
Alternative payment terms where agreed in writing
Late payments may delay production.
6. Design Approval
Once artwork has been approved by the customer:
Crack Click is not responsible for spelling errors, grammar mistakes, incorrect contact details, or design elements approved by the customer.
Any changes after approval may incur additional charges.
7. Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith.
Delivery dates are estimates and may vary depending on:
Production schedules
Material availability
Courier delays
Public holidays
8. Delivery
We offer delivery throughout South Africa.
Risk transfers to the customer once the order has been handed to the courier unless otherwise agreed.
9. Returns & Refunds
Due to the customised nature of our products:
Custom printed products cannot be returned unless:
They arrive damaged
They contain manufacturing defects
We supplied the incorrect product
Approved refunds or replacements are handled at our discretion.
10. Intellectual Property
All designs created by Crack Click remain our intellectual property until paid for in full.
Clients warrant that artwork supplied does not infringe any third-party rights.
11. Website Services
For website projects:
Hosting and domains may require annual renewal.
Failure to renew services may result in suspension.
Customers remain responsible for keeping login information secure.
12. Limitation of Liability
Crack Click shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.
13. Changes
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
